I have not yet received my order, where is it?

The delivery time of your location. Standard shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks to arrive but might take a bit longer to certain countries.

It has already taken XX days and I still have not received my order.

Under certain peak periods and during holidays the delivery time may be longer than the estimated. No need to worry! Your order is on it's way but may take a little bit longer than usual.

How can I track my order?

The order confirmation including the tracking code will be emailed to you automatically when placing an order. Some email services might consider these automated emails as spam. Please check the spam folder in case the message has ended up there.

When will a product be back in stock?

If the product in question is out of stock, you can order an automatic e-mail notification from the product page. You will then be notified when the product has arrived at our warehouse. We try to re-stock all products as soon as possible. Unfortunately, some products are seasonal and might not be available at all times.

Why is my order in multiple packages?

Occasionally, if purchasing more than one item, some items may be shipped separately. This is because we ship directly from our manufacturers to save you money, and we use multiple manufacturers for various products. Don't worry - your entire order will arrive, even if it's in two (or three+) different packages!

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

Cancellations are not accepted once orders have been processed for shipping. However, changes to your order are allowed. If you need to make any modifications, please contact support@juneptune.com as soon as possible. Please be aware that in some cases, orders may get sent out before we can process the requested changes.

Do you accept returns?

No,we do not accept returns.
